Description
Lime fruit puree is a thick, smooth liquid made from pureed and drained lime flesh.

Recipe for Tequila Shots:
- 200 ml Lime Puree
- 200 ml Ice Water
- 150 ml Tequila Yellow
- 15 ml glucose syrup (or other sweetener optional)
- Fresh lime juice
- Salt for garnish
- Lime slices for garnish
Shake the Lime Fruit Puree, ice water and Tequila very well in a shaker with ice cubes. Dip the shot glasses first into the lime juice and then into the plate with the salt. Place lime slices on top of the shot.
