Dear valued customers, here you will find information on how you can receive or return products from DelDore Roasters.
- ELTA Courier (Charging based on the weight or volume of the products.)
- For orders weighing 2 kilograms or less, the shipping cost is 2.90 euros.
- For orders weighing over 2 kilograms up to 5 kilograms, the shipping cost is 6.50 euros.
- For orders weighing over 5 kilograms, the shipping cost is 10.50 euros.
2. Box Now (For orders less than 5 kilograms only):
BOX NOW Lockers |Fast delivery, 24/7, within the next day to over 1200 locations nationwide.
The shipping cost for BOX NOW is 2.50 euros. (There is a volume restriction for orders, and lockers are not available throughout the entire territory of Greece.)
Cash on Delivery Fee:
If the customer chooses the payment method of cash on delivery, an additional 2 euros will be charged for the cash on delivery service.
If the customer chooses the “ELTA COURIER” shipping method, they will have the option to pay in cash upon delivery.
If the customer chooses the “BOX NOW LOCKERS” shipping method, they will have the option to pay online for their order at the moment they go to pick it up from the selected locker at the checkout counter.
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from the order confirmation date. Please note that this may vary during periods of high demand or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method and the destination. Our customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.
Currently, we only offer shipping within Greece. We do not provide international shipping services.
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days from the day of receipt without any justification.
In order for an order to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the day of order receipt.
To initiate a return, customers need to contact our customer support team either by phone at 6or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the order details and the reason for the return.
Once the return request is approved, customers will receive further instructions regarding the return shipping process.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product that was received.
We recommend using our own shipping methods to ensure the safe delivery of the return.
Refund of order amount:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund of the order amount within 5 business days.
The refund will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Please note that shipping costs, including any COD fees (if applicable), are refunded under certain conditions.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they can return it following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
