Where possible, DelDore dispatches the goods ordered on the first working day (Monday – Saturday) after the order is received. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery method is decided by DelDore and cannot be changed. Delivery is chargeable and weight is estimated accordingly. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer when the goods are delivered. Deliveries are made only to delivery addresses in Greece.
The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them without any justification. To exercise the right of return, the customer must inform DelDore E.E. for his decision to return the goods clearly stating his intention.

DelDore only accepts returned products that are in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase. Upon return of the goods, as stated above, DelDore E.E. will refund the purchase price to the customer within 30 days of receiving the returned goods and the shipping cost as well. The cost of returning goods should be paid by the customer.
The right of return does not apply to deliveries of sealed goods which for reasons of health or hygiene are not suitable for return if the seal has been removed after delivery.

All prices are in Euros including VAT. The prices listed in the order documents are valid until a new price list is issued.
