Description
Watermelon puree is a thick, smooth liquid made from mashed and drained watermelon flesh.

Watermelon Cocktail – Recipe:
- 250 ml watermelon puree
- 50ml vodka, well chilled
- 5 ml glucose syrup, (optional)
- 5 ml lime juice
- ½ teaspoon lime zest
- 1 slice of watermelon & 1 mint leaf for garnish
Grate a lime for garnish, then squeeze in the fresh juice. Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice cubes and shake very well. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass, sprinkle with the lime zest and garnish with a small piece of watermelon and mint.
