How to make a refreshing Moroccan mint tea?
You will need:
- 2 tsp Moroccan Mint Tea
- 700 ml of boiled water
- fresh mint
- honey
- 1 lemon cut into slices
- ice cubes
Put the green tea in a teapot and add 700 ml of boiling water. Leave for 4 minutes and then remove the tea.
Add the lemon slices, honey and put the jug in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Serve in traditional small glass glasses with a slice of lemon, an ice cube and fresh mint.
