Description
Mango fruit puree is a smooth, thick liquid made from pureed mangoes.
It is often used as a sweet addition to tropical cocktails and other drinks.

Rum cocktail recipe:
- 50 ml of rum
- 90 ml Mango Puree
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp of glucose syrup
- 1 drop of bitters
- ice cubes
Put rum, mango puree, lime juice and bitters in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake quickly and vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a fresh mango slice. Makes 1 cocktail.
