Recipe to enjoy!
Makes 4 glasses
- 2 tbsp Fruit of the Forest Tea
- 1 liter of boiled water
- honey (optional)
- ice cubes
- strawberries or berries
- fresh mint or spearmint
Pour about 1 liter of freshly boiled water over your tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes depending on personal taste, don’t leave it too long or your tea will become bitter.
Remove the tea and dissolve the honey. Place your pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Chop the fruit.
Fill your glasses two-thirds full with ice, add your fruit and a sprig of fresh mint, then pour over your tea. Insert a straw and enjoy!
Extra tip: If you find your drink a bit strong, you can try adding a splash of sparkling water or lemonade.
