  • 1½ Parts Vodka

Recipe for Tequila Shots:

  • 200 ml Lime Puree
  • 200 ml Ice Water
  • 150 ml Tequila Yellow
  • 15 ml glucose syrup (or other sweetener optional)
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Salt for garnish
  • Lime slices for garnish

Shake very well in a shaker with ice cubes the Lime Puree, the ice water and the Tequila. Dip the shot glasses first into the lime juice and then into the plate with the salt. Place lime slices on top of the shot.

  • 5 ml lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 slice of watermelon & 1 mint leaf for garnish

Grate a lime for garnish, then squeeze in the fresh juice. Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice cubes and shake very hard. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass, sprinkle with the lime zest and garnish with a small piece of watermelon and mint.

PASSION FRUITS

  • 8 mint leaves
  • 90ml White Rum
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml soda water
  • 7.5 ml of glucose syrup
  • 2 tbsp Passion Fruit Puree

In a shaker add the eight mint leaves, white rum, glucose syrup, lemon juice and puree and mix.

Add some ice, then shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frozen.

Pour the mixture into a tall mojito glass, add some more ice and top with soda.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a peel from the fruit and serve.

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with strawberry and basil.

Put rum, mango puree, lime juice and bitters in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake quickly and vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a fresh mango slice. Makes 1 cocktail.
