Description
Berry Mix Cocktail mix is a thick, smooth liquid made from blended mashed and drained berries.
It is a popular ingredient in cocktails and other mixed drinks, as it adds a sweet, fruity flavor and a vibrant blue-purple color.
Berry puree can be used to make a variety of cocktails such as berry margaritas, martinis and sparkling wine cocktails.
It can also be used to make non-alcoholic drinks such as smoothies, lemonades and iced teas.
Raspberry puree can also be used to add flavor to syrups, jams and sauces, as well as baked goods such as muffins, cakes and pies.
When using berry puree in cocktails, keep in mind that it can be quite thick and heavy, so it may need to be diluted with a little water or glucose syrup.
It also pairs well with other flavors such as lemon, lime, basil, thyme and mint.
You can also add a touch of vanilla or cinnamon to boost the flavors.
