Banana puree is a thick, smooth liquid made from mashed ripe banana flesh.
It is a popular ingredient in cocktails and other mixed drinks as it adds a creamy, sweet and slightly tropical flavor and a bright yellow color.
Banana puree can be used to make a variety of tropical-themed cocktails, including pina coladas, daiquiris, and banana smoothies.
It can also be used to make non-alcoholic drinks, such as milkshakes and smoothies, or as a topping for desserts, such as ice cream or pancakes.
Pairs well with other tropical flavors like coconut, pineapple and rum.
When using banana puree in cocktails, you need to be careful with the amount you use, as it can overpower other flavors and over-sweeten the drink.
